The company is independently owned and operated. We are committed to being a professional global logistics provider that encompasses simple yet high quality import customer experience to you and your business.
Getting customs compliance right is vital in today's ever-changing trade environment. Tariff changes and tightening enforcement require importers to stay on their toes. Staying compliant means staying informed and being willing to make changes as they happen. Doing things right results in less scrutiny, fewer penalties, and a smoother clearance process.
Compliance is more than the entry process and correct classification. New importers need to be correctly set up with regards to new regulations and partner government agency requirements are fulfilled, among many other factors. JND Customhouse Brokers focuses on
compliance from the first shipment of a new importer to ongoing shipments of experienced importers.
"We strive for Honesty and Reliability.”

US Customs and Border Protection tightening enforcement
US Customs and Border Protection has been tightening enforcement since the White House issued the Strengthening Customs Enforcement executive order in June. CBP is now proposing to reach further back into the supply chain. An Advanced Notice of Rule Making was published in the Federal Register in early September. The proposed rule, titled Heightened Import Disclosures for Supply Chain Visibility, speaks about getting the official export declarations from foreign customs authority, invoices that match the export declarations, and so forth. CBP is accepting public comments until December 1, 2026. Importers need to consider if their suppliers would supply the official export declarations. This is likely going to be a challenge for many importers. Link to ANRM: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2 026/09/02/2026-17926/heightened-import- disclosures-for-supply-chain-visibility.
